Trinidad: A new report into gangs and gang culture in Trinidad and Tobago paints a frightening picture of members infiltrating and settling in communities across the country, even gated areas.

Gangs are growing, and in the fight for turf, there’s been plenty bloodletting.

They’ve become bolder, posting videos on YouTube and sharing them on social media.

Politicians have tried to pacify them—creating programmes for them, with some benefiting from State contracts.
